Capt. Brock Horner
Capt. Brock Horner is a 6th generation Floridan who has been fishing the Sarasota, Charlotte Harbor, Boca Grande and Tampa bay area for over 25 years. His passion, and the main reason he got into guiding was his love for the “silver king” or tarpon. Once he hooked his first fish and felt the absolute power of the tarpon, he knew that he would fish for them the rest of his life.
He now takes people from all over the world fishing out of his 2024 27′ 2700 Pathfinder Hybrid with a reliable a four stroke 425 Yamaha. This boat is stable, can draft in very skinny water to get to all the shallow fishing spots, and has a tower for the captain to get a better range on the fish.
We use the finest fishing equipment in the industry. Black Hole Custom Saltwater Rods with Shimano Stella Reels assure the highest quality fishing experience on our charters.
Capt. Brock has won a multitude of tarpon tournaments and was featured on ESPN, the Discovery Channel, and Sportsman’s Network.
The Saltwater Proven Shimano Stella is one of the finest of its kind, offering insane drag power and corrosive resistant ball bearings and strength to handle some of the hardest fighting fish on the Gulf Coast.
All of our gear is checked thoroughly the night before to ensure a smooth / hassle-free day on the water.
Hop aboard our new 2024 27′ 2700 Pathfinder. The 2700 Pathfinder is incredibly stable, and can fit into shallow areas most boats this size couldn’t. This boat features a Simrad navigation system, top of the like stereo system, a tower, a trolling motor, and much more. We want all of our customers to be comfortable and have the best fishing experience.
